1. General Provisions

1. The online store operating at doktorhrbp.pl is run by Natalia Dernowska-Zaczyk doktorHRBP, ul. Antoniego Slonimskiego 13/49, 50-304 Wroclaw, Poland, NIP: 9241889876, REGON: 542499422.
2. These Terms and Conditions describe the rules for using the store, placing and processing orders, concluding distance sales agreements, making payments, delivering goods, submitting complaints and withdrawing from the agreement.
3. Orders are concluded in Polish and are governed by Polish law, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.

2. Orders and Payment

1. The customer places an order by selecting products, entering the required details, choosing delivery and payment methods, accepting these Terms and Conditions and confirming the order.
2. Product prices are gross prices and include taxes required by applicable law.
3. Electronic payments are handled by the payment operator shown during checkout.

3. Delivery, Complaints and Returns

1. Delivery methods and costs are shown before the order is placed.
2. Complaints may be submitted electronically or in writing to the seller.
3. A consumer who concluded a distance agreement may withdraw from it within 14 days, unless statutory exclusions apply.

1. Personal data is processed to conclude and perform the agreement, handle payment and delivery, process complaints and fulfil tax or accounting obligations.

2. This English version is provided for convenience. In matters concerning the sale agreement, the Polish version remains the binding version.
